Wiring diagram -not sure for what - Viso format

Here is a wiring diagram that Jim Stack submitted. He did not mention the subject of the diagram. It is in Viso format, which is not a program I have available to me. I am posting it as a zip file. If anyone out there can unzip it and convert it to a more common format such as bmp, jpg, doc or pdf, that would be wonderful.

Hopefully, Jim will see this and add some details on what the diagram covers.
