Ya.. I did say something about the early drive gears.. for the accessory section... you need to read the message below titled .. we need a form... and in their you will see where you can go to see the pictures of the drive gears and the sb that cont engine wants you to do...
AND... no it is not just for the ones that are having problems... it pertains to ALL SKYMASTERS... that have the right angle accessory drive... which is about all of them .... so if you vacuum pump sets to one side... the opposite side of the starter.... then YOU need to do the SB... good idea to download it and print it out... its in PFD format.... and keep it... as it talks about the new drive gears... and specifications.. etc...
NOW... go forth and seek info.. and don't forget Larrys' duck.... GMAs...
OH and one more thing... they are going to the LAMAR starter... as standard replacement equipment... the old starters are HISTORY.... again see below as we had a article on that too... hey you saw it here first... smile... GMAs...
