Hi, all.

Just tried to go to Skymaster.org.uk and got a null site message.

Has Peter pulled the plug?

I hope not.

I really wish I could be with you folks nex t week in Treasure Key. Have a wonderful time.

Jim,

UNO was available earlier today, but I see right now I'm getting the following error message:

"HTTP Error 500-13 - Server too busy"

Maybe it's a temporary thing.

It (Peter's board) is working OK for me as of early Thursday morning, central time.

I have not been able to access any of the messages. GMAS has posted a dozen or so times but no message text.

I tried posting but keep getting errors. Maybe it is history..

Peter had said he was pulling the plug at the end of the month, and hasn't said any thing different.

When I posted the other day, I had been unable to get any response from UNO for several hours... I think overnight.

However it seems to be up now, and new posts are showing up with todays date and a time-stamp which I assume is PLT (Peter Local Time).

I have just pulled the old message board.

Many thanks to all the people who made it what it was.

Good luck to the owners of this board.

Hey Peter...

Couldn't you have left the message board up and running? I mean, the rest of the site is there already, and there was a lot of useful information that many of us wanted to copy-paste and save for reference, and now it's POOF - gone! I for one had been trying to archive some of the individual messages, and now the work is incomplete. Is it possible that you could restore all of the older material? Where did it go?

If Peter can provide me his archive files, or anybody else can, I will get the old messages up on this web site. We could catalog them, organize them by subject, etc...

Peter still has a great site, with a LOT of very useful information that has taken a lot of work to collect. He deserves our continuing thanks for what he has offered and continues to offer us...
