Only about five weeks to go for the Nashville meeting. If you have not made your hotel reservations yet please do so soon so we can get a good count on who will be there.

For those who are presenting a topic at Nashville, if you plan to put on a power point type presentation, Larry Bowdish is bring a projector that you can use. Thanks Larry, it will be a great help.

Well folks, April is here and in Michigan, spring is in the air. Only three more weeks and we'll be at the meeting in Nashville. If you have not made your hotel reservations yet please do so.

For those people who will be presenting a topic, if you have not yet sent me a short bio of yourself, please do so soon. It is going to take a little time for me to get the printed program agenda prepared for the attendees.

Thus far we have an hour slot open. So if someone would like to step up and present a topic to share with the group, please let me know who you are and what the topic is. My e-mail address is

Also, I plan to have a posting board in the meeting room for your use. If anyone has a Skymaster or O2 related item that they want to sell and would like to have it posted at the meeting, please present it on an 8X10 sheet of paper and mail it to the hotel to my attention.

Don't forget to inform the FBO of you potential arrival time. Also, revisit the meeting web page for addition information.

I know it's short notice, but perhaps we could get someone from AOPA to talk about the Airport Support Network. I think there must be a volunteer somewhere in the neighborhood.

Yes! Both the hotel and the FBO will furnish transportation to the hotel and back to the airport.

Nashville, Day1
 

We had a wonderful group dinner last night, a hugely successful meeting today.
Last night, we went out to the airport, and tied down planes, in anticipation of the weather we expected today, and tomorrow.
Jim Stack gave a terrific review of Ad's. Scott Smith talked about AOPA Airport support network. Ernie Martin's presentation was well received. Ernie, I didn't modify it, and no one seemed to mind.
Scott talked later about insurance, very informative.
Everyone participated in the discussions, and they were very informative.
After meeting today, we went out to the airport, and took a bunch of pics. I'll resize them and post them tonight. Well, as many as possible.

If you want to just email me the pictures, I will get them posted on a web page. A bit easier that posting then in messages. But we'd love to see them either way...
