While it isn't Skymasters, both Herb (lead) and I went to GML2007, in Columbus(The Gathering of Mustangs and Legends). It was beyond fabulous.

Personally, I thought Patty Wagstaff's flight in a P-51 was incredible.

Michigan Flyers just keep Going! and Going!
 

Just a friendly reminder to be sure and cast your ballot tomorrow. It's our special privilege to be able to have this right. Kinda like flying anytime you want.

Well those wonderful, video stars, SOAPA host'r, just great guys "The Michigan Flyers" have been participating in a little campaign charity. We Mich Flyrs are just racking up the time by doing just about anything to get in the air. Although I must say that flying these politician types can be rather exhausting, while waiting for Mike Huckabee's entourage to arrive, the two totally qualified pilots had to hitch a ride to Big Boy for a quick hamburg before returning to the FBO and waiting for the customer. It was truly a pleasure to transport Mike across the State of Michigan and we the Mich Flyrs will be standing by for the next needy politician.

Here is a shot of the group minus Huckabee's trusty assistant who was of course taking the picture.

And what a handsome pair of pilots he had!!:)

Governor Huckabee commented that he had actually flown in a Skymaster some years before.

I heard Huckabee lost because he was seen keeping very questionable company!
