I took my P337 to El Mirage Dry Lakebed, East of Palmdale, CA. What a great experience, landing on the Lake bed with no runway to worry about. I saw someone riding a land-sailer on the lake bed, so taxied up and said hi. We had a good chat before going about our business.

Better, in many respects, than the $100 hamburger.
