I've come to the conclusion that the unknown item in my W&B is the weight of the entire turbo system, which was installed after my airplane was weighed at the factory.

If the 2968 lbs is correct, that is a VERY light plane. I still can't figure out where I'm "fat" - the turbo is about 150 lbs, and that G is lighter than my plane minus the turbo. The 3068 lb G seems more likely.

My empty weight is 3,174 lbs.

I have contiguous W&B calculation forms from various upgrades over the years, including the factory-as-delivered equipment list with its W&B. The math adds up to 2968.

But, I’ll do a proper W&B this winter and it’ll check out right, or wrong—either way we’ll have a good W&B for 2022.

PS: I have MT props (supposedly 30lbs lighter each than stock props).
