Propeller Options

When these props wear out, what are the options for putting something like a MT Prop on a normally aspirated 337?

"Something like" an MT?

You can put 3-bladed MT props on all of the early 337s (337->337F.)

Actually it's 336's, the 337M/02 and ALL of the non-turbo/non-pressurized 337's. The PDF you linked is older copy of what's on MT's website:

JB, not sure what you're flying now but the MT's are GREAT. I have them and love them. I think Herb has been flying them for more than a decade now.

I know there's are least one turbo bird (field approval I guess?) that's got them installed. Also, talk to Flight Resources:

http://www.flight-resource.com/Contact.aspx

They'll support field approval of the newer Scimitar blade design used on the Cirrus SR22 which is the same powerplant as our birds.

STC has been expanded to all 337's including pressurized and turbocharged.
