First off, if Robert is still paying attention to these forms, my apologies. We had discussed me selling the plane last year but in the end I wanted to keep it. As typical with life, things change and due to the things happening around me and in the world, I would like to retire early. Unfortunately that notion and operating a twin doesn't necessarily fit the finances of such an endeavor. Truly love flying it!!!

I have had the plane since February of 2020 and have put on 198 hours as of last week. I continue to fly it about weekly

Exterior of an orange color that I would rate a 5 - not pealing, but chips, faded and generally a color only a mother could love

Interior I would rate a 6 - its newer no rips/tares but the previous owner didn't take real good care of it and there are stains. All 6 seats and built in O2. New front pilot and passenger side windows. The ones in back are cloudy. Windshield is newer.

Avionics are a little weak - Good transponder (Lynx NGT9000), Garmin SL 30 (nave side out), Garmin SL 40 and Garmin GX50. No autopilot

Information from the last annual:

TT - 3918

FE - TSMOH 1487 Comp 72, 72, 78, 60, 64, 50(replaced at annual)

RE - TSMOH 813 Comp 62, 70, 78, 70, 76, 69

Front engine has oil leaks that I have been chasing around - making progress but still makes a mess

Rear engine has a minor oil leak that I have not been able to figure out

Front prop is the old style and was resealed in the summer of 2020

Rear prop was replaced with an overhauled newer style one from the Prop Man in December of 2021 ($10k).

The price is $45k. PM me if you have any questions.

I'm still here but may have lost your contact information. Please PM or email at schapler@msn.com.

Sounds like a reasonable price!

I noticed that TCM now lists the IO-360 as having a 1600 hour TBO, but they originally had 1400 TBOs. Does anyone know if the TBO increase is retroactive? The specific model identifiers haven't changed to my knowledge.
