RCR (Rochester, IN) and OXI (Starke, IN)
 

If flying through Indiana, OXI has fuel at $1.75, and they pump it. Over at RCR, you can taxi up to Karen's Restaurant, have breakfast, and pick up fuel for $2.00, but since OXI is just far enough away to get the gear up, it's better to go there.
