Elevator Trailing Edge repair

Has anyone ever repaired a crack line on an elevator trailing edge? Other than by stop drill?

Yes.

Balance is an issue, however, and what you don't want is to set up a flutter situation.

Please tell me more. Did you remove and replace the entire trailing edge? Or did you patch a flush patch on it. Can you send me a picture of the repair.
