Pre Buy in New England
 

I'm trying to help a friend find a good shop for a pre buy in the New England area. Willing to travel would be a plus. The plane is a C-337.

The guys at Concord Aviation KCON have a lot of recent experience with 337/O2's. Very knowledgeabkle and thorough, yet they don't like to do "prebuys"...as an A&P myself, I know that it gives us the willys in terms of liability. You may want to have some sort of document prepared that waives them from any liability and they may be willing to take it on. Gary Harvey worked on our ships a lot...great guy. Traveling to the aircraft....eh. I doubt it.

I don't know if they will do a pre-buy for the reasons indicated with a "non-regular" customer, but my C337 is worked on by Twin City Airmotive in Fitchburg (KFIT). They are excellent mechanics and very thorough. Contact Eric or Mark who are the owners 978-342-8700
