Oshkosh?
 

Hi all,

I did a pretty lame job of trying to find out if there were any Skymaster/O-2 gatherings or events last year at Oshkosh. If there is anything happening or if anyone wants to grab a cold one with a newbie to the community, I would love to know. My wife works for the FAA and we will be working at KidVenture over by the Pioneer airfield all week.

Hope to see/meet some of you there!

Might come over Saturday before it all opens and stay until Sunday. Will park at contemporary camping. Will let you know as it gets closer. Where are you parking?

We are airlining it in, but like I said the central spot for us will be KidVenture, specifically the booth where kids learn to preflight. Look for a yellow Aeronca Champ in the hangar...that is the airplane we will be using this year. Hope to see you!

I plan on flying over for a couple of days, depending on the weather. Is Contemporary camping the same as general aviation (GAC)? I always park in GAC. I will look for you and try to finally meet you! I can bring any parts you might be interested in buying also. The list is getting smaller as I am selling a lot of parts! Talk to you soon,
