I'm looking for a pair of Wingtips for my 1967 C337B #0752.
New or used pair would be great.

I have both sides I will gladly sell you as soon as I get a get of G model wingtips. All I have to do is get someone to respond to my requests.

Will the later tips fit on the early models?

I'm not 100% sure about this but if part numbers are same I would say they will. What year wingtips you have?

1965, though I'm not trying for originality. Just want useable tips. The part numbers are totally different.

Part numbers are the same for 1965-1969. Mine are plastic and rather cracked, so maybe aftermarket? Seems they only make fibreglass ones currently for later Skymasters.
