P337H with Robinson STOL should I add Vortex Generators?
 

Is it a good ides to add vortex generators to a P337 with the Robertson STOL? My interest is not in lower stall speeds. I am interested in gaining more aileron authority with flaps down.

If so, where do you place the vortex generators on the drooped leading edge of the wing?

The VG's would mount behind the leading edge on the top of the wing

Given what I have read and heard about the VG's I think it would be a great benefit to the aircraft with RSTOL

I'm extremely happy with my VG install. Kit from Micro Aero came with EVERYTHING and very detailed instructions.

Easy one day install and great bang for the buck.

I just installed VGs on a P337 Riley SkyRocket .

As previously posted, figure one full day to install with the very detailed instructions and install kit.

Haven't yet flown the plane so can't comment on the benefits !
