backlights for S-Tec 65 not working
 

I had some recent panel work done and now the backlights for all three components of the AP are not working. The LCD indicators are there but only visible in daylight. The buttons are also not lit. Just hoping this is a "one wire is off" solution. Not likely, given things so far, but hoping. Any ideas?

I’ve seen similar issues with our S-Tec System 65. The button lights have always worked as far as I know, but are dependent on the dimmer knobs. The backlights have been somewhat intermittent in each of the three STec boxes. We have yet to find the root cause, so I’ll be watching this thread.
