ADF sense wire
 

Can anyone advise on the position of the insulator in
the ADF sense wire.
mine is a 337g with an original 400 series ADF still fitted.

On a 73 g model the sense antenna is attached at the top of the right vertical stabilizer and runs straight forward along the line of the boom. The insulator sits on top of the wing along that line. If I recall correctly, there is an access panel just if front of the spar and you can access the bnc connector at the bottom of the insulator.
