I do not have a panel above the sump tank.........

I do not have a panel above the sump tank...... the only access panel is on the aux tank. Am I missing something?

We have the inboard sump tank leaking and I am scratching my head trying to figure how to pull this out does anybody have any tips or tricks on how to get this little booger out? Thank you in advance!
