Just curious, if the revision is dated Oct 2010, why are we just talking about it now?

Was it just released by Cessna, or has it been out since October...

I got all that from Sierra, but if you read the manual you will notice that it refers to an Inspection guide in Item 1, but I never did get the actual Attachment 1 that was referred to.

No they didn't, but this is a handy listing with all the comparisons.
We still have the POH revisions for all the operations.

Check Section 7 of your POH. 7-14 of the '69 POH states a loss of 3 MPH.
