yes it does, both governors, brain box, box for the rear prop adjustment, one prop unfeathering accumulator, rear accumulator is missing.

Interior is red, front seats are spoken for, and the fifth seat, middle seat is in pretty good shape. Side panels will clean pretty well.

Parting out P337-0022 N3CY

I purchased our relic P337 that has sat outside our private airport 3OH0 for approximately 30 years. I am keeping the windshield deice plate and some others parts for my 74 model. About 2800 hrs...
