We need a corp
There should be a corp to ensure continuity, organize events, plan, schedule/pay for meetings, meet AV needs, generally lend legitimacy to our efforts.
I voted for it in April, I vote for it now.

Thoughts
1. a corp would give us some viability, as opposed to a bunch of folks all sharing a message board. When we talk to people about being guest speakers, we can say we are with the skymaster...
