Protecting the gear horn switch...
Putting silicone on it has been around for years... used to be standard on the factory stuff too.. but, then they quit making them... and in time things get forgotten...

Ok.. Ok.. Im back... here is what I said...
Yep the wing tank towards the center section of the plane...
Two covers on it.. one up forward ... remove the inspection cover for the gas gauge.. and use a flex inspection bore scope.. look along...

the trim on the elevator which is on the other side... right boom.. the elevator for the aP is using the elevator cable which is on the left side..boom... they are seperate things... and mounted in...

Wayne... the trim and autopilot are two different things on the skymaster... the autopilot is mounted in the left boom for the elevator.. the trim in the right boom... so they are not the same ...

It should be getting hot enough to cook the water out no matter... you didn't mention what temp the guage was showing... and you might want to pull the probe on the oil cooler and test it... make...

No it is normal condensation that is forming on the cold metal parts... on the inside ... if you are runing your engines with the EGT indicators at 125 of peek... you will cut some of it down as...

ME78-2... sorry... it is in one of the revisions... where they cover the 1902.. series no's... which some thought were exempt from inspecting... that was the basis of the AD which the FAA messed up...

Not true..... it was a typo error...
S/n 1902 is on the list you just have to go look for it deeper in the AD's... Their is no differance in the way the H was made than any of the others... and thus it applies... because they are made...
