As far as going above 20 K ... ain't going to happen pressurized... as the hull limits on the expansive part .... is maxed out... so if you want to go higher... either fly a 737 or shut the press...

Well ... how to say this...
If the engines look good ... isn't leaking oil or buring it real bad.. and the seals look good.. and you are using it under part 91... you don't have to take it down...

Yes they STC does not cover your plane... it only covers the ones that they got acceptance on... which is a good thing in your case.. why because you don't have to buy the STC... instead you can...

Ahhhh... yep the dog probably was flying with limited instruments ... to fly IFR you need to have a couple of addtional items.... a duck... a cat.... and a ground hog....

No the oil cooler is really a accessory
Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't... most of the time they just flush them out and slap them back on... with the old saying ... looks good to me... now if its a factory reman... they...

if you wait 12 years I can garentee you that the oil cooler will be full of carbon... if you use it or not... sure it will still be working but, not much in the way of effecency....

ahhhh and a few more tricks of cooling..
I guess I forgot about the last thing I was going to say... seeings how they use a crush gasket... if you use a new one or don't crush it ... or do crush it down flat... you can change the temp of...

Besides it won't fit in the normal...frame...
The normal asp plane has a narrower cowl in the frt and back... than the turbo ones do.. they are wider by about 3 inches... so you would have to rebuild the plane to make it fit... else get a shoe...

Here are the specs on the titeseal... that you might be able to get from your local automotive store.. as well... as the permatex products... remember you want # 3D... and not 3H.... as that one...
