If it's like early 337's the answer is NO, and I put it in capital letters because errors here could be life threatening. Your POH should have a diagram of the fuel system. Make sure it's for the optional model with aux tanks. Then look to see in the diagram whether the aux pumps can be fed from the aux tanks. My guess is NO. Another way to check is this: on the ground put one tank on aux, with the throttle and mixture full fwd turn on the aux pump, see if the fuel-flow guage shows that there is flow, reduce throttle to cracked-open and try to start the engine.
