The suggestion to replace all the fasteners is a good one. You also want to look at the documents, and drill an inspection hole. It makes the whole process so much faster, and more reliable.
Don't wait until it is mandatory, get your ducks in order ahead of time, you will be glad you did.
The most expensive part of it is the eddy current test. Most shops don't have the equipment and expertise to do that, so they hire someone in.

We had the inspection done on one of our Skymasters last year at Air Services in Carrollton Ga. Cost was @ $2000.00 for the first time. Each of the next inspections should be @ $1000.00
