I looked at this plane, before I bought mine. As I recall, it was in fair condition, but I thought, at the time, there were things wrong. It has been more than a year, so take that with a grain.
Also, it was more expensive than mine.
The owner made an interesting comment, he had flown on the aux tanks, which as you know are good for less than an hour, and said that the fuel didn't last, but he was fortunate, there was more in the mains. His comment, based on what I knew at the time, led me to believe he never read the POH.
It was, however, a nice looking plane, with a nice paint job.
