I thought I had uploaded my notes, but I see that I did not. At any rate, attached is a Word document of the notes I took while in Nashville listening. There is a reason I am never made secretary, and that's because my note taking stinks! But just in case there may be something mentioned in my notes that would help somebody, here they are.
