DO NOT USE THE CIGAR LIGHTER!!
These are a 12 volt unit and uses a dropping resistor, which is mounted above the HYD power pack on the port side.
If you overload the lighter socket you will burn out the resistor.
It is meant to take the load of the heater element only.
BTW if you do not take the same current as the element in whatever you plug into the lighter socket you risk a higher than normal voltage being supplied.
