For preoilers, checkout
www.oilamatic.com. I have no experience with this product, but it seems to me that the cam is the part that'll get damaged during a dry start. And since the cam gets lubricated by splash, the preoiler isn't going to do much. There's no substitute for regularly flying the airplane. Just my opinion ...
