I DON'T HAVE BOOTS, BUT I HAVE DRY PUMPS
I REPLACED SEVERAL WITH REBUILT UNTIL I FINALLY TRIED A NEW AND IT'S STILL PUMPING.

I WOULD DISCOURAGE BUYING REBUILT
