Each bulb is designed to conform to OEM-design specifications and performance standards including fitment, luminance and working voltage. The "LIGHT EMITTANCE" meet the requirements for the airspace but the parts are not PMA or TSO'd
These would be legal for Experimental because they meet the light emittance requirement but technically they must have approval for certified aircraft
