You did not tell us if all panels are dead or just one.

First of all check the voltage from the inverter and see if there is approximately 110 volts AC.

If voltage present then panels are shot. If there is no voltage disconnect panels and check voltage again. One panel may be drawing too much current.

There is a place in Witchita that will rebuild the panels (much brighter than before) or they will make all new panels for you.

You may want to consider putting a strip light along underneath the main panel overlay and illuminate that way.

The EL panels were a problem and probably less than 50% work now.


I will look up the name of the company if you are unable to get your running.

BTW I had same problem with my panels and had to replace the power supply. You can actually test the panels using house hold current.
