Landing Gear

HELP,
Can any one tell me if they have ever had the trouble with just the two little gear doors not opening so the gear can retrack !!
This just started out of the blue, With the plane on the ground and the master switch off I can pump the doors down as normal.
Then turn the master switch on and the door close as normal
But on take-off when I push the gear switch up to retract the gear
the big claim doors open but not the two small gears don't. I can tell the mechanic doesn't know what he doing, He said the power pac
was bad , but when I had him check main HYD pressure it's fine,
and the pressure at the door cylinders are at spec to. So I can't see the Power Pack being bad.
Can any one HELP

doors

Mark, Suggest you check out the door limit switches. This will be first place to look at without spending money.

Limit switches and battery.
Check the voltage at the switches, check the switches.
Frequently referred to problem is that with a low battery charge, or alternators not putting out enough juice, the circuit for the gear doesn't work properly.

Second, if the switches are just a little bit out of alignment, it won't work. I'm thinking the switches on the clamshells, because they have to make to tell the little doors to open.

Leave the gear down, come up here, Eric will straighten it out.

Landing Gear

Hi, Guys
They just got my landing gear fixed, Remember the rear lower
doors won't open after take -off to retract them.
It was the front door switch, it wasn't opeing along with
the rear small doors, Now the clam doors were oping.
Anyway the hot wire from the power pack, was sending power
to the switch, But the wire coming from the switch to the limit
switch and broken into, Replaced the wire and all is well ,
Thanks every one,

Mark
