Starter help requested

My starter is leaking oil around the mount. For some reason my parts manual is missing drawing 75A (for a 1967 B model). Anyway, does anyone have the part number for the large O-ring that seals the starter? A scan of the drawing can help me too. Thanks.

Funny, my CD with the parts catalog is also missing image 75A for your model year and also missing image 76 that covers the same areas for my model year. But the parts list identifies the starter O-ring as MS9021038 for both years. If the diameter is about right, that's the puppy.

No, I looked again and there is no dash, the parts book has it as MS9021038 (see figure).

Thanks for the reply. I am having trouble finding an O-ring for sale with the MS9021038 number. However, I was able to find MS9021-038. I wonder what's the difference if any?

That came from 76 in my 73-76 catalog, but I just looked again at the 65-69 catalog and it's exactly the same -- no dash. However, call Yingling with the P/N and they'll tell you if it's been superseded and if the dash number is the same.
