is there enough interest to form a insurance pool? the same way aopa does, except the savings would be pass on to the owners and not pocketed. baja bush pilots provides mex liab ins for it's members for about $100.00 per year, whereas all the agents charge $450.00 (rip off). if the pool was large enough the possible savings may be up to 50% and additional saving might be achieved using foriegn carriers?
