0-2A Fuel selector valve shutoff problem

Looking for 5 port valve p/n 1426029-6 (1H12-3) that is good or can be overhauled. Both of mine fail to shut off completely when in the off position. One valve was overhauled two years ago but now has shutoff problem. We don't know history on the other valve.

Any other possible causes of shutoff failure?
