Insurance
Anyone have any dealings with AIG insurance.
Have P337 getting a quotation almost half the amount of Avemco. Thank you

Yes I have them through AOPA
I also had a loss on a 182 a few years ago and they paid with problem

Insurance
As a pro pilot for 40 years I've had dealings where, in my opinion, AIG has worked very hard to not pay claims related to mechanical breakdown overseas yet Allianz would pay the claim and for interim lift and not even blink an eye. The AIG adjuster was actually an attorney and his rhetoric was they had no legal reason to pay. Again, my opinion - (AIG had slightly lower premiums) but worked hard not to pay claims.
