Mesuring remaining fuel without gauges ?
Hi,
As gauges cannot always be trusted, is there any solution to mesure fuel quantity directly through the filling openings, with a graduated transparent tube, specific to the P337 ? Mine is from 1974 (built in France by REIMS AVIATION, under CESSNA license) and has two 62.5 USG tanks. Thanks for your answers ! |

Well on na 337 g with same tanks… when looking straight down at filler cap, if fuel is directly below that level with bare tank showing in middle you have approx 1/2 tank remaining.

They make a fuel hawk dipstick, and you can calibrate it yourself while filling tanks. There’s a thread about it somewhere on this board.
