In my educated opinion on the subject, that's very unlikely to happen.
The only currently viable option I know of able to replace 100LL which would be currently produceable by multiple refineries and could be used during a transition away from 100LL and is completely "mixable" with 100LL is the G100UL now under the STC process. It conforms to the current fuel requirements and performs in every way as the min spec 100LL does. It has been flying in test aircraft (IO-550 NA and turbo) for almost two years. Time will tell as to what actually happens with the FAA and it's political certification process.
