Looking for a ride in a R/STOL 337

I'm looking for a ride in an R/STOL equipped 337 with someone who's comfortable enough with it to really show how it beats a standard 337. After the ride I'll make sure your belly and tanks are full.

I can meet you sometime in the next month or two at your airport in OH,PA,NY,VT,NH,ME,RI,CT,MA,NJ,DE,VA,NC,SC,GA or FL - basically just about anywhere that's within a couple hundred miles of the Atlantic or eastern great lakes.

Looking for a ride in a R/STOL 337

Hello. I have a Horton STOL on my '65 C337, not R/STOL(Robertson)?
I live between Erie and Pittsburgh, Pa. Also ARE YOU RATED IN CESSNA SKYMASTER?? I need a rated pilot, as I'm starting my training for the Center-Line Thrust (CLT) rating as soon as the weather is better.
Let me know.

I have a commercial multi certificate, but no 337 time as of yet. I'm really interested in checking out a Robertson STOL, but I'd take a ride in a Horton. I'll be in the Pittsburgh area (I use KAGC) Feb 5. I'll keep returning about once every 1-2 months throughout the year.

JimC. I'm hoping to have my rating sometime in early spring and since you go to KAGC frequently we could meet up there. I fly for the Civil Air Patrol from KFKL (Franklin) and frequent KAGC. So I'll see you in the next few months. And I'll be glad to let you check out my Horton STOL'd Skymaster if you'd like.
Regards, BILLS

Jim
I have access to a R/STOL normal aspirated here in Grand Rapids. It's a 73 or 74 model and will give you a good feel for the mod. I have only flown it twice so not super familiar with the R/STOL differences but I am sure we can make some good progress in your research.

Let me know anytime

I have an R/STOL 337E for sale. I don't operate it as a STOL aircraft. I practiced STOL operations in it years ago and it scared the s**t out of me. The R/STOL is a beast. It will do what it says it will.
