So how do I jack this up to change a Main tire?
Ok, so I now have my bird on an army base and I got a flat tire. Signature wants about $1500 to fix a flat and I haven't found a local mechanic (yet). So I'm going to do this myself, but have never jacked it up.
Jack pads? What's the most reasonable jack to buy---bottle jack, piece 'o pipe or something fancy? Tim

Best if you have a saddle that fits on the gear leg and a bottle jack or floor jack most bottle jacks won’t extend enough so you may need some wood blocks. I use a 6x6
If you don’t have a leg saddle I’ve known guys to use a large C clamp and a piece of 2x4 with a floor jack |

Saddle works great, tends to chip your paint.
Its good to wrap some painters tape or the like first to protect fyi.

I put a rag between the saddle and my strut to protect paint and strut. It also makes up for minor fitment issues.
