Falcon Field Arizona Skymaster

I have seen a beautiful 337 flying at Falcon Field in Arizona numerous times. I keep trying to find the owner/ hangar, but I never have the angle for the tail number or can get to the field before it is put away. I think it is a ghost plane! Anyway, if any of you know, let me know.
