If by "anything other than Cessna" you mean Cessna parts, then I think right now the only choice you have is Cessna parts. Nobody else makes them that I know of. But you can buy Cessna parts from sources other than Cessna, often at lower prices. You might start with Don Neisser, here on the forum. At Oshkosh, I talked with the folks at MacFarlane. They make very good control cables for single engine Cessnas, but right now do not make them for the 337. But they said they are getting ready to do so. Just exactly when they will be ready...who knows? Mark

What we did was get a new Cessna cable and place it next to the other one which was only 10 month old and gave both a nice easy bend of 180 degrees. The old one had a grinding feel to it even after pumping some lube in it and the newer one felt much smoother. We then put the new one on. guy... |
