Interesting Mods
I found this photo and thought I would share it with you. This is a G model, normal aspirated with some interesting mods and ideas.
If you look at the right boom under the wing there is some sort of antennas mounted and on the rear of the boom is a stanchion (for a better term) I assume to limit the tail from contacting the ground. Now maybe I am wrong but that is my interpretation. Anyone else have any ideas? There is also a STOL kit installed also. Register as C-GILW

Thats a TV rabbit ears mounted on the boom so that he can watch his favorite hockey team while enroute, eh?

That's for DF (direction finding). Probably for some sort of animal tracking activity. Further aft on the tailboom is a tail stand (red) to prevent inadvertent tail strike

They are telementry antennas used for tracking things tagged with a transmitter. The other thing keeps the airplane for sitting on it's tail when it snows. We made sets out of PVC pipe
