Pilot side panel
The pilot side panel is just held in place by some rubber bushings, easy to remove intact.
I also saw one for sale on Ebay that could offer a template. Lastly, these days, a decent hi-rez photo with rulers in both directions can be scaled pretty darn precisely. That is how Pfluger made the lighted custom overlay for my panel years ago. The shop took a photo, sent it to Pfluger, who made a quick test piece, and then voila! Pull any cosmetic fascia off and the outline should be visible for a photo

I have the pilot side instrument panel I removed for the Dual Aspen install. Is that what you want? It's from a 1969 D model. I'm not technically challenged except for loading pictures onto this web site. I'll post over on Face Book if you like.
