Fuel Gage Face
If there is anyone here who as a P Skymaster between s/n 001 and 0196, could you do me a big favor and take a closup picture of the face of one of your fuel gages? I sent my engien instrument cluster in to be repaired and cleaned up. One of the oil pressure AN fittings started leaking, and some of the oil got into and onto the face of the fuel quantity gages, ruining the printing. The repair shop sent the faces off to be silk screened. The only problem is that the place that did the rescreening does not have the right mask for a 337 with 125 gallon tanks. The original gages had small white markings indicating gallons, from 0 up to 62.5. So the gage guy is looking for a photo so he can do them him self.
If you have the right plane, with the right gages (standard 125 gallon tanks), I would be most grateful for a high res photo of one of the faces, so he can duplicate it. Thanks
