Hot Plate Wanted

Howdy group, does anyone have a source for a good hot plate for the front windshield?

Maybe you don't use yours and would consider selling?

Any recent reference points on pricing?

Will the ones used on 210's, 208's etc work? Another thread here says they will, but the P/N is slightly different.
