Emergency Exit Leaks

THe emergency exit (next to the pilot's left shoulder) is leaking in several places in my 1968 C337C. Any suggestions as to how to stop the leaks?

Uh, maybe you should order some new rubber from Cessna. Or, you could just take some plumber's putty or clear silicone and caulk a bead around the whole thing —that'll surely cure any leaking!
