I got rid of the plastic overlay, but replaced it with Carbon Fiber. The Carbon Fiber is then overlayed with clear plastic. All the legends are reverse etched.
Aero Enhancements did it. Ernie has much the same thing, but in wood. Unfortunately, their website says under construction, today.
