storage insurance

could use some help fast !!

need storage insurance for a hangar. just liability no ground movement or operating.
seems nobody will write a policy if the aircraft is out of annual. so it's a catch twenty two.
airport authority requires mim. liability; but so far nobody will write a policy out of annual?

any suggestion who to contact, tried aopa and a few others.

will be stored in yuma arizona
